clinical Immigration Evaluations
We provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive clinical immigration evaluations for individuals seeking humanitarian relief, including asylum, VAWA, U visas, and T visas.
Evaluations are conducted with care, thorough documentation, and clinical integrity, and are available in English and Spanish. All evaluations are conducted In person or via a HIPAA compliant video platform.
Fees
Standard Evaluation
$1200
All evaluations include: Two 1.5 hour sessions with the client, Interviews with family members when necessary, Consultations with collateral contacts such as immigration lawyers, and a thorough written evaluation about 12-20 pages completed within 2-3 weeks of meeting.
Emergency Evaluation
$2200
Emergency evaluations provide clients with prioritized appointment times, first appointment within 24 hours of calling to schedule. Written evaluations will be completed within 48 hours of meeting.
